Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 11/28/2025

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between All Travel Worldwide, LLC, doing business as All Travel Worldwide (“All Travel Worldwide,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and you, the purchaser or traveler (“Client,” “passenger,” “you,” or “your”). By planning or booking travel with All Travel Worldwide, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You acknowledge that All Travel Worldwide acts solely as a booking agent for independent Suppliers such as cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, airlines, transportation companies, and other service providers (“Suppliers”). All Travel Worldwide is not the direct provider of the travel services you purchase. These Terms include disclaimers, limitations of liability, and conditions that may impact your legal rights.

Use of Services and Booking Requirements

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into this Agreement and make travel bookings. You accept financial responsibility for all bookings made by you, including those made on behalf of others. You affirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful. You agree to make only legitimate reservations and understand that fraudulent, speculative, or false reservations are prohibited.

All Travel Worldwide accepts bookings solely as an agent for the Suppliers shown in your itinerary. Each Supplier has its own Terms and Conditions. By booking with All Travel Worldwide, you agree to comply with the terms of all Suppliers providing your travel services.

All Travel Worldwide is not responsible for any travel arrangements you make independently, including airfare, hotels, excursions, or travel protection not booked through us. If you independently book your own flights, All Travel Worldwide is not liable for schedule changes, cancellations, missed connections, or associated losses. Loyalty program points or rewards may not always apply when travel is arranged through All Travel Worldwide.

All Travel Worldwide is an independent affiliate of CruisePlanners. Seller of Travel registrations include California CST 2034468-50, Florida ST45607, Washington 603399504, and Hawaii TAR-7058. Registration does not constitute state approval.

Right to Correct Errors and Availability

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies at any time. All promotions, incentives, and Supplier offers are subject to change and availability. We encourage early booking to limit fare increases and additional fees.

Payments, Cancellations, and Changes

You are responsible for all charges, taxes, duties, and fees associated with your travel booking. By submitting a credit card authorization to All Travel Worldwide, you permit us to use your payment method for purchasing travel services on your behalf.

Except in cases of documented fraud, you agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes as a way to circumvent Supplier cancellation penalties or booking terms. If you attempt to reverse or recollect authorized payments, All Travel Worldwide reserves the right to recover all associated costs, including attorney fees.

All payments must be made according to Supplier terms. Failure to make required payments may lead to canceled reservations, denial of services, or forfeiture of funds. Some bookings are entirely non-refundable once confirmed. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Supplier penalties will apply and may be charged to your authorized payment method.

If you request changes to your itinerary, we will attempt to assist you. Some reservations cannot be changed, and you will be responsible for any increased costs or change fees imposed by Suppliers or by All Travel Worldwide. No refunds are issued for unused portions of travel.

If you authorize us to book travel using frequent flyer miles, loyalty points, or accounts, you may need to provide passwords or login credentials. These bookings remain subject to the rules of the applicable loyalty program.

Travel Documents and Identification

You are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documents, including passports, visas, and identification required by government authorities. Passport cards are not valid for most international travel. TSA and DHS require acceptable identification to board flights. Examples can be found at www.tsa.gov.

Many countries require passport validity of at least six months beyond your return date. Non-U.S. citizens may need additional documentation and must inform All Travel Worldwide of their nationality. We do not guarantee visa issuance or approval. Entry requirements may change at any time.

Children may require additional documentation, especially when traveling without both parents. Minors may be denied entry without proper consent forms. You are responsible for compliance with child travel requirements.

Your travel documents must exactly match the name, date of birth, and gender on your booking. Any mismatch may cause delays, denied boarding, or missed travel components. When you receive your travel documents, you must review them immediately and notify All Travel Worldwide within 24 hours of any needed corrections. If you do not notify us within this timeframe, you assume full responsibility for correction costs.

Entry and Exit Requirements

Each country has its own policies regarding criminal history and admissibility. If you have any prior or current offenses, you must contact the destination country for entry requirements. All Travel Worldwide does not inquire into criminal records to protect client privacy. For example, travelers with DUI histories or unpaid child support issues may be denied entry to Canada.

Immunizations and Health Requirements

You must comply with all immunization, health screening, and documentation requirements for your destination. Required vaccinations must be recorded on valid certificates when applicable. All Travel Worldwide does not guarantee the accuracy of health requirement information and is not responsible for denied boarding related to health documentation. Consult a medical professional and refer to CDC and State Department resources prior to booking.

Risks and Safety

Some destinations involve inherent risks. You are responsible for reviewing travel advisories, warnings, and safety information issued by the U.S. Government. We encourage enrollment in the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) for additional support.

By purchasing travel to any destination, you acknowledge that All Travel Worldwide does not warrant travel to be risk-free and is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims that arise from travel risks. Travel participation is at your own risk.

Hazardous Materials

Federal law prohibits passengers from transporting hazardous materials such as flammable items, explosives, compressed gases, corrosives, or radioactive materials. Violations may result in criminal penalties. Limited exceptions apply for small quantities of medicinal or toiletry items. Review TSA prohibited items prior to travel.

Insecticide Notice

Certain countries require aircraft cabins to be sprayed with insecticides. Information is available at the U.S. Department of Transportation website.

Air Travel Responsibilities

Your airline ticket is a contract between you and the airline, even when purchased through All Travel Worldwide. We do not control airline operations and are not liable for injuries, delays, schedule changes, baggage issues, or airline policy decisions. Airlines may charge for luggage, seats, or services, and may change policies without notice.

All Travel Worldwide does not handle or hold client funds for air tickets and is not the Merchant of Record. Refunds for canceled or delayed flights must be obtained directly from the airline.

Failure to use a reservation may result in cancellation of onward flights and loss of fare. Airline e-tickets generally expire one year from issuance unless stated otherwise.

Due to security requirements, clients should check in at least two hours prior to domestic departures and three hours prior to international departures. Seat assignments, loyalty points, and upgrades are not guaranteed.

Limitations of Responsibility

All Travel Worldwide is a booking agent for independent Suppliers and does not control their operations. Suppliers may change itineraries or services at their discretion. All Travel Worldwide is not liable for injuries, property damage, delays, omissions, or failures caused by Suppliers or their employees, nor for fuel increases, bankruptcy, or cessation of operations.

All Travel Worldwide’s liability is limited strictly to commissions and fees actually received for your booking. You agree that All Travel Worldwide is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from Supplier services.

Force Majeure

All Travel Worldwide is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside its control, including natural disasters, wars, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, civil unrest, equipment failures, or other unforeseen circumstances. Suppliers may invoke their own force majeure policies, which may allow them to vary, postpone, or cancel arrangements. Refunds are at the sole discretion of the Supplier.

Client Conduct

Clients are expected to behave responsibly and comply with all Supplier rules, cultural norms, and safety guidelines. Suppliers may remove individuals for behavior that endangers others, disrupts travel, or violates policies. No refunds will be provided in such cases. Clients are responsible for damages they cause and must indemnify All Travel Worldwide for related claims or expenses.

Illegal drug possession or use is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from travel and legal consequences.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended but not included unless stated. Without insurance, you may lose all payments if you cancel travel for any reason. All Travel Worldwide is not a licensed insurance broker and cannot provide technical coverage advice. Insurance approval and claims are subject to the insurer’s policies.

Reservation of Rights

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions take effect immediately upon posting.

General Provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. All disputes must be filed in the courts of Okaloosa County, Florida. Claims must be brought within 12 months of trip completion. You waive the right to participate in class actions or representative actions. If any portion of these Terms is found invalid, the remainder continues in full force.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and All Travel Worldwide regarding travel bookings and supersede all prior communications.
